Pavilion Reservations

• Fill out our online rental application & pay online! Don’t worry- you don’t need to have any of the required permits yet, and you don’t need to know your caterer yet.

If your event will be more than 150 people, consider renting our modern, clean restroom trailer! We already provide three regular bathrooms (one is ADA accessible) which is fine for most weddings, but if you would like to ensure super fast access to extra stalls for your guests, consider renting our restroom trailer for the evening. There is an additional $300 fee for the trailer for the night. It’s already on-site, stocked with paper goods and cleaned, and maintenance-free (with real flushing toilets and air conditioning!) On the application page you will be able to choose this amenity to add on. You can also wait and decide all the way until the week of your wedding to add it!

• Music must be turned down by 11:00 pm and must be completely turned off by 11:30 pm.
• All rentals and garbage must be taken off site at the end of an event. We do not offer garbage cans or dumpsters for events.
• While the pavilion is covered, heavy rain and high winds can still affect your event.
• Below: Placement of tables within the pavilion (please share with your caterer/event planning staff)
