“Saturday Stall” auction at the Pavilion

Vendors are asked to meet at 2 PM at the Pavilion office to review the map and list of available booths. Auction starts at 2:30 PM and will go until all available booths have been reserved.

This auction is open to FULL MEMBERS only.

This auction is for Saturday booths; you can find the list and more info online here.

You must be present to select a booth (no advance selections). If you wish to participate but can’t attend at on that date, you may select a proxy to choose on your behalf.

Only vendors in good standing may reserve a booth (all fees paid unless other arrangements have been made in advance).

Booth reservation fees must be paid at the auction.

Please note there is no Spring vendor work day before the auction this year; it has been postponed and a new date will be announced in the newsletter when we have it.
