Personnel Committee Meeting

Hey everyone!

This is a big meeting, so really hoping to see you all there! 

1.) Reviewing and providing answers to Cassidy’s questions from her onboarding

• The unlimited vacation policy was a surprise and very generous of IFM. I see that the policy takes effect after the first year, is there any vacation time allowed for employees within their first year? 
• And finally, I see that the market offers health insurance, which I won’t be needing at this point. But I was wondering if it would be possible for me to get dental and/or vision insurance through the market, or if not, if the market would be willing to provide a stipend to support me finding insurance on my own.

2.) Timeline and process for updating employee handbook 
3.) Timeline and steps for creating and implementing an employee review process
4.) Kelly’s maternity plan (no plan for yet, but put it on the committee’s radar)
5.) Better recruitment for the facilities position
6.) What role will the committee play in the hiring process for the Fundraising and Project Management positions as they relate to Friends and the Infrastructure project?
