IFM Infrastructure Meeting / Discussion

Meeting on Tuesday, Jan 30 – review paper copies of the plans and generate a list of questions for the 2/1 site design meeting with Whitham. Kelly and Monika will pull together info from the Civil engineering meeting on 1/26 to share as well.
