Fall 2025 All-Vendor Meeting

Please join us for our semi-annual Vendor Meeting! All current vendors are invited.

Our Fall 2025 meeting will be held at CRS Barn studio, the same place we held our Spring meeting this year. All board members and committee chairs are asked to attend in person; there will be a zoom option available for vendors who can’t make it.

Dinner and socializing is from 5:30 to 6 PM. The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 PM with the winners of this year’s Board elections announced at 7 PM.

This will be a potluck dinner! You do not need to bring food to attend, but vendors who do can earn a work hour for each $25 in ingredients, with additional work hours for the time spent preparing food to share.
