Fall 2024 All Vendor Work Party / Potluck Lunch / Holiday Decorating

Our final Pavilion work party of the year will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM. This all-vendor work party is also a potluck! (We expect to break for lunch around noon.) Bring your favorite dish, your work gloves, and your friends/family to help out! We will be:

• cleaning, repairing and winterizing the Pavilion
• cleaning up the grounds
• continuing the demolition work necessary for the parking lot project to start
• decorating the Pavilion for the winter holidays
• inventorying merchandise
• and lots more!

This will be your last chance to earn your mandatory B&G work hours as part of a group in 2024! If you cannot attend and you need to fulfill your B&G work hours requirement, please email our Operations Manager Carrie Cuinn at carriecuinn@ithacamarket.com to make other arrangements.

Please note the Fall Vendor Meeting will be held the following week, Monday Nov 18, 2024, from 6 to 8 PM.
