Outlaw Organic Farm is about growing fresh, salad-centered produce with a focus on quality, transparency, and community. After learning about regenerative practices at farms from Virginia to Trumansburg, I wanted to take a more thoughtful, less conventional approach—keeping things small, direct, and rooted in relationships with the people who eat my food.
